2. Services Provided

We offer house‑history research and storytelling services, including digital, printed and framed A3 designs. Full details of each package are listed on our website. All research is carried out using reputable historical sources, and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. However, historical records can be incomplete or inconsistent, so we cannot guarantee the availability of specific information.

3. Ordering & Payment

Once you confirm your order, you will receive an invoice for the agreed package. Work begins once payment is received. For framed or printed products, payment must be made in full before printing or dispatch.

4. Proofs & Revisions

All packages include one proof for you to review. You may request minor amendments (e.g., spelling, layout, small factual clarifications). Additional revisions beyond the included proof may incur a small fee.

5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via email. Printed and framed items are delivered via trusted couriers within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on production and courier schedules.

6. Accuracy & Limitations

We take great care to ensure all information is accurate and supported by available records. However:

• Some historical data may be missing, unclear or contradictory

• Street renumbering, name changes and incomplete archives may affect findings

• We cannot be held responsible for errors within third‑party historical sources

Your final story represents the best interpretation of the available evidence.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order before research begins for a full refund. Once research has started, refunds are not available due to the time‑based nature of the work. Printed and framed items cannot be refunded once approved for production unless damaged or faulty.

8. Use of Your Information

We use your address and any details you provide solely for research and communication. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All written content, designs and layouts created by Your Home Truths remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal licence to use, print and display your home’s story for private, non‑commercial purposes.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from inaccuracies in historical records

• Delays caused by third‑party services (printers, couriers, archives)

• Any indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
